We will pack and ship your orders within 1-3 business days from time of order receipt.We pack orders Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

All orders are shipped using SendleOnce order has been packed and sent from our end, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number with SendleHaven't received it? Make sure to check the spam folder of your emails. Still not there? Contact us on info@jeunelabel.com.au and we will do our best to assist you

Unfortunately not at present! But trust me, I am working hard towards making our future collections available internationally

Sorry to hear lovely! We are only a small business and therefore stock is limited

BUT please reach out to me either via Instagram or info@jeunelabel.com.au outlining which item/ size you missed out on. If there is a demand of fast selling items, I will do all I can for a restock

*I will also always disclose when stock is low on an item so you can get your hands on them fast and not miss out!
